According to the needs of the Italian companies, the Italian Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have approved the Bangla Dream, a project to hire workers according to the needs of the Italian employer by training the citizens coming from abroad on Italian language, technical training, health safety, and social awareness. On October 17, 2024, at 4 am, the first journey to Italy as four linking operators of the Bangla Dream project: Rubel Mia from Kishoreganj, Rajib Mia and Monir Hossain from Mymensingh, and Mahidur Rahman from Panchgarh.
The President of Italbangla Coordination Development Association Mr. Shah Mohammad Taifur Rahman said, “We have already undertaken a program to work together with the Italian and Bangladesh government to facilitate the way of sending workers to Europe through European TALENT PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM and BLUE CARD VISA PROGRAM for skilled manpower.” We have submitted a proposal for the preparation of workers by maintaining the Italian language and European Talent Partnership standards in the training centers with the Bureau of Manpower and Training (BMET) of the Government of Bangladesh. Hopefully, if implemented, we Bangladesh will be able to prepare at millions Bangladeshi workers to various European countries within the next year years.
As a result of BANGLA DREAM PROJECT – Italian Ministry of Labour and social Politics (MLPS) approval no 03/2024 dated 26 February 2024 which has successfully allowed get Work Visa first 4 skilled workers, on reached to their designated Employer on September 2024, Second Group 6 Skilled Worker reached to the Employer to Vicenza on October 2024, Third Group 16 Skilled Worker reached to Their respective Employer in Pistoa and Vicenza April 2025, and they joined to the workplace.
Our program will play a helpful role in creating extensive employment opportunities in the European Job market for the young society of Bangladesh in the coming days.
